Mentoring
It is often an easy solution and for some perhaps “too easy” solution just sending employees on a course.
Some situations are not suitable in the context of a normal course / courses. This could be concrete and perhaps topical problems to be solved where competency want a boost.
It may also be situations where you are unsure about developing solutions on the correct or optimal way for solving a problem.
We offer a mentoring where we put an instructor as needed. Either in the form of counseling sessions 1:1 or more participants.
As with our teaching, made mentoring typically at the end of a work day, evening or weekend.
Pair-programming
We also offer pair-programming as part of our mentoring service.
This means either: active development with instructor or passive, where the instructor develops and participant continually provide input and questions.
Pair programming can also be offered as an offsite service where planned sessions carried out via eg Skype or TeamViewer calls.
