On call / emergency assistance
Many IT projects are plagued by problems that must be resolved within a given time frame. Often this means that tasks up to a deadline must be solved as evening, night and weekend work. We offer to step in with short notice to assist in solving specific problems and tasks – in other words, by call.
Emergency Assistance
At starts and shift to production use, we can assist by being available on call. That is, in case of acute problems, we are available on immediate notice. An on call emergency agreement , must be generally agreed in advance.
